近年来,随着三维立体技术在各个领域的推广应用,3D立体相机应运而生了。 3D立体相机的构造并不复杂。它和普通相机成相原理基本相同,只是3D立体相机有三个镜头,拍摄照片时,从不同角度同时拍下三张照片。困难在于如何使这些从不同角度拍摄的照片在我们眼里成为一幅立体图象。这就要用到3D图象技术,这一技术的原理是当我们的左右眼分别从不同角度观察到同一个象素点时,会产生视差,反应到大脑里,就会成为一幅三维立体图象。初期3D立体相机就是利用三维图象技术,对同一物体从左右眼的角度照两张照片,分别用红绿色将两张照片印在同一张纸
