目的研究稀土元素镧和铈对大鼠生殖功能的影响,初步探讨联合镧和铈对大鼠生精功能的损伤程度。方法将大鼠随机分成La(NO_3)_3、Ce(NO_3)_3及La(NO_3)_3+Ce(NO_3)_3作用的高、中、低三个剂量组,并设对照组,灌胃稀土元素和生理盐水8周后,检测附睾精子的数量、存活率及畸形率,分析睾丸中ACP、AKP、LDH及NOS酶活性的改变和睾丸组织病理学改变。结果 1各给药剂量组(除低剂量Ce组外)睾丸的AKP均低于对照组(P<0.05);低剂量La+Ce组的ACP高于对照组(P<0.05),高La+Ce、中La和高Ce剂量组的ACP均低于对照组(P<0.05);高中低La+Ce、低La、高中Ce剂量组的LDH均低于对照组(P<0.05);高中La+Ce、高低La、高低Ce剂量组的NOS均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2高中剂量组的La、Ce及La+Ce精子数量均少于对照组(P<0.05);高中La、中Ce、高La+Ce剂量组精子活率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);高La、高中Ce、高中La+Ce剂量组精子畸形率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。3光镜下整体上看高剂量镧、铈及联合组对睾丸组织破坏严重,低剂量组与对照组相比破坏较少或无明显影响。结论高剂量的镧、铈及镧+铈对大鼠生精功能造成了一定损伤,随着剂量的降低损伤越来越不明显;镧与铈联合作用表现为相加作用,后呈现协同作用。
Objective To study the effects of rare earth element lanthanum and cerium on reproductive function in rats and to explore the damage degree of spermatogenesis in combination with lanthanum and cerium. Methods The rats were randomly divided into high dose, middle dose and low dose of La (NO_3) _3, Ce (NO_3) _3 and La (NO_3) _3 + Ce (NO_3) _3, After 8 weeks, the number of spermatozoa, the survival rate and the rate of deformity were detected. The activities of ACP, AKP, LDH and NOS in testis and the histopathological changes of testis were analyzed. Results 1 The AKP of testis in each dose group (except for low dose Ce group) was lower than that of control group (P <0.05). The ACP in low dose La + Ce group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The LDH of high, medium and low La + Ce, low La and high Ce were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) + Ce, high and low La, high and low Ce dose groups were lower than the control group NOS (P <0.05). (P <0.05). The sperm motility of La, Ce and La + Ce in the high school dose group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) ; The sperm deformity rate of high La, high school Ce, high school La + Ce dose group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Under the light microscope, high doses of lanthanum, cerium and the combined group had a serious damage to the testicular tissue, and the damage in the low-dose group was less or no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion High doses of lanthanum, cerium and lanthanum + cerium cause some damage to the spermatogenic function of rats, and the injury is less and less obvious with the decrease of the dose. The combined effect of lanthanum and cerium shows an additive effect and then shows a synergistic effect.
