目的:对比研究诃子不同炮制品的抗氧化作用。方法:大鼠分组给予不同剂量的诃子、砂炒诃子、清炒诃子、麦麸煨诃子14 d后,采血检测大鼠血清T-AOC、SOD、MDA和MAO-B含量,取肝脏测定肝脏LF、MAO-B含量。结果:诃子不同炮制品均能明显升高大鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量,降低血清MDA、MAO-B含量,降低肝脏LF、MAO-B含量;清炒诃子、麦麸煨诃子在升高血清T-AOC和SOD含量、降低MDA和MAO-B含量方面作用明显优于诃子。结论:诃子不同炮制品均有显著的抗氧化作用,清炒诃子、麦麸煨诃子抗氧化作用优于诃子。
Objective: To compare the anti-oxidation effects of different processed products of Gardenia jasminoides. METHODS: Rats were given different doses of wolfberry fruit, sand-fermented wolfberry fruit, fried diced wolfberry fruit and wheat bran pods for 14 days. Blood samples were taken to detect T-AOC, SOD, MDA and MAO-B contents. The liver was assayed for liver LF, MAO-B content. RESULTS: Different processed products of Zongzi could significantly increase serum T-AOC and SOD contents, reduce serum MDA and MAO-B contents, and reduce liver LF and MAO-B contents; The effect of increasing serum T-AOC and SOD content and reducing MDA and MAO-B content was significantly better than that of wolfberry fruit. Conclusion: All the processed products of Fructus Gardeniae have significant anti-oxidation effects. The anti-oxidation effects of Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Triticum L. are superior to those of Fructus Gardeniae.
