采用组织细胞培养与组织化学染色相结合的方法观察了成骨细胞在体外的形态及骨化过程,并提出了体外骨化的模式。该细胞在体外最典型的形态特征是胞体大,核偏位和多而细长的突起。成骨细胞在体外成骨的过程为:1.基质形成和分泌;2.类骨质区的形成;3.类骨质矿化和骨化中心的形成。根据类骨质的嗜染性,至少可将具有分泌功能的成骨细胞分为二型;一型分泌嗜天青类骨质,另一型分泌嗜伊红类骨质。研究表明:成骨细胞在体外仍可保留其成骨的能力,其形式和过程与体内基本一致。
The morphology and ossification of osteoblasts in vitro were observed by a combination of tissue culture and histochemical staining, and the in vitro ossification pattern was proposed. The cells in vitro the most typical morphological characteristics of large cell body, nuclear deviation and more slender protrusions. Osteoblasts in vitro osteogenic process as follows: 1. Matrix formation and secretion; 2. The formation of osteoid area; 3. Osteoid mineralization and ossification center formation. According to bone metazoan infectivity, at least osteoblasts with secretory function can be divided into two types; one type of secreted azurous type of bone, the other type of eosinophilic bone secretion. Studies have shown that: osteoblasts in vitro can retain their osteogenic ability, its form and process and the body is basically the same.
