一、企业简要情况 1986年以前,泰州冷气设备厂在全国制冷行业虽占一席之地,但由于基础薄弱,生产工艺、设备等方面比较落后,1985年产值仅1500万元,固定资产300多万元,产品市场覆盖率仅占4%,1986年面对竞争激烈的市场,我们沉着地分析了形势。当时全国制冷企业蜂拥而上。我们年生产能力仅几千台,在行业中处于中下水平,在竞争中处于劣势,很容易被挤垮被淘汰。在认真进行市场调研后,意识到,空调器供大于求这是现实,但国内市场的潜在需求是不断发展的,国际市场更有广阔的前景,只要我们能占稳国内市场,并逐步打入国际市场,企业就可能发展一大步,否则,不进则退,另无他路。要占领市场就必须壮大实力,增强竞争能

In the international market, enterprises may develop a big step. Otherwise, they will not retreat and there will be no other way. To occupy the market, we must strengthen our strength and increase our competitiveness.
