目的:探讨胃癌发生发展中黏膜地址素细胞黏附分子-1(MadCAM-1)的变化对胃癌的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测50例行胃癌根治术所收集的癌组织、癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织中Mad-CAM-1的表达情况。结果:MadCAM-1表达率在正常胃黏膜、癌旁组织及癌组织中分别为78%(39/50)、64%(32/50)和40%(20/50)。癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常组织(χ2=14.924,P=0.000)和癌旁组织(χ2=5.769,P=0.016);而正常组织与癌旁组织之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;MadCAM-1阳性表达率低年龄组(<45岁)表达低于高年龄组(>45岁),χ2=4.688,P=0.030;MadCAM-1的阳性表达率与Borrmarn分型、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小及癌细胞的浸润深度和分化程度无关,P>0.05。结论:MadCAM-1参与肿瘤局部免疫过程,与胃癌发生发展有关。MadCAM-1的低表达可能使机体局部免疫能力降低导致了胃癌的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gastric mucosal address molecule-on-cell adhesion molecule-1 (MadCAM-1) on gastric cancer during the development of gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Mad-CAM-1 in 50 cases of gastric cancer tissue collected from radical gastrectomy, adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa. Results: The positive rate of MadCAM-1 expression was 78% (39/50), 64% (32/50) and 40% (20/50) in normal gastric mucosa, paracancerous tissue and cancerous tissue respectively. The positive expression rate in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (χ2 = 14.924, P = 0.000) and adjacent tissues (χ2 = 5.769, P = 0.016), while there was no significant difference between normal tissues and adjacent tissues (P> 0.05). The expression of MadCAM-1 in low age group (<45 years old) was lower than that in high age group (> 45 years old), χ2 = 4.688, P = Tumor site, tumor size and depth of invasion and differentiation of cancer cells have nothing to do, P> 0.05. Conclusion: MadCAM-1 is involved in tumor local immune process, which is related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The low expression of MadCAM-1 may reduce the local immunity of the body and lead to the occurrence of gastric cancer.
