使用抗坏血酸(VC)代替甲醛作为保护剂,通过拉曼光谱仪测试SO32-、SO42-的拉曼峰的转变过程来观察Na2SO3溶液变质情况,测试简单,快速。实验表明,Na2SO3溶于煮沸冷却后的蒸馏水,以VC作为保护剂,当浓度为0.5 mol/L时,可以持续暴露在空气中保存12 h以内不变质;当通入N2或煮沸冷却后的蒸馏水或添加5%VC 5 mL的蒸馏水,分别来配制0.5 mol/L的Na2SO3溶液时,间断取出测试,使Na2SO3溶液的稳定性从1天分别提高到3、4、5天。
Using ascorbic acid (VC) instead of formaldehyde as the protective agent, the transition of Raman peaks of SO32- and SO42- was tested by Raman spectroscopy to observe the deterioration of Na2SO3 solution. The test was simple and fast. Experiments show that Na2SO3 is dissolved in distilled water after boiling and cooling, with VC as the protective agent. When the concentration is 0.5 mol / L, Na2SO3 can be continuously exposed to air for 12 hours without deterioration. When passing N2 or boiling distilled water Or adding 5% VC 5 mL distilled water to prepare the 0.5 mol / L Na2SO3 solution separately, then take out the test intermittently to increase the stability of Na2SO3 solution from 1 day to 3, 4 and 5 days respectively.
