目的:观察柿子叶水提液对高血脂大鼠血脂、氧自由基及血脂代谢酶的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠,随机分成6组,正常组,模型组,血脂康组,高、中、低剂量柿子叶组,建立高血脂大鼠模型。药物干预42 d后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、肝脂酶(HL)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)。测定肝脏SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、HL和心脏SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、LPL。结果:柿子叶水提液可明显降低高血脂大鼠模型大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高HDL-C浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。可明显提高血清、肝脏和心脏SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低血清、肝脏和心脏MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。可明显升高肝脏HL水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对血清和心脏LPL无明显影响。结论:柿子叶具有降血脂作用,其机制与降低体内氧自由基和提高HL水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of aqueous extract of persimmon leaf on blood lipids, oxygen free radicals and blood lipid metabolism enzymes in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, Xuezhikang group, high, middle and low dose persimmon leaf group. After 42 days of drug intervention, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), superoxide dismutase ), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA), hepatic lipase (HL) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL). The liver SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, HL and heart SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, LPL were measured. Results: The persimmon leaf water extract could significantly reduce the concentration of serum TG, TC and LDL-C (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and increase the concentration of HDL-C in hyperlipidemia rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ). The activities of SOD, GSH-Px in serum, liver and heart were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the contents of MDA in serum, liver and heart were decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Can significantly increase the level of liver HL (P <0.05 or P <0.01). No significant effect on serum and cardiac LPL. Conclusion: Persimmon leaves have the effect of lowering blood fat, and its mechanism is related to reducing oxygen free radicals and increasing HL level.
