目的建立顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定食品包装纸中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧氯丙烷和二氧六环残留量的分析方法。方法通过实验优化影响测定方法的主要因素,确定平衡温度、平衡时间和色谱条件。结果 4种分析物的标准工作曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法定量限分别为0.46、0.45、0.83和1.56μg/g,回收率为94.3%~106.7%,精密度(RSD)为0.7%~5.5%(n=3)。结论本方法操作简便、分析速度快、结果准确,适用于食品包装纸中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧氯丙烷和二氧六环残留量的同时检测。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin and dioxane in food packaging by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The main factors influencing the determination method were optimized experimentally, and the equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and chromatographic conditions were determined. Results The linear correlation coefficients of the standard working curves for all four analytes were all greater than 0.999. The limits of quantification were 0.46, 0.45, 0.83 and 1.56 μg / g, the recoveries were 94.3% -106.7% and the RSDs were 0.7% 5.5% (n = 3). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin and dioxane in food packaging paper.
