对体育器械用AZ91镁合金进行了微弧氧化表面改性处理,研究了电流密度和电源频率对微弧氧化膜层组织形貌、物相组成和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,膜层的点蚀电位随着电流密度和电源频率的增加而减小,导致膜层的整体耐腐蚀性能下降。采用较低的电源频率有助于提高膜层的耐腐蚀性能。
The surface modification of AZ91 magnesium alloy for sports equipment was carried out. The effects of current density and power frequency on the microstructure, phase composition and corrosion resistance of MAO coatings were studied. The results show that the pitting potential decreases with the increase of current density and power frequency, which leads to the decrease of the overall corrosion resistance of the film. Using a lower power frequency helps to improve the corrosion resistance of the film.
