回顾30例眼部横纹肌肉瘤的临床资料,就其临床诊断、治疗、病理和免疫组织化学等问题进行了探讨。本肿瘤多见于儿童和青少年,病程较短,生长迅速,多居眼眶鼻侧。一经病理诊断证实为本肿瘤,应立即施行放射疗法或/和化学疗法。特别指出:本病病理诊断困难,以能辨识肌细胞的肌红蛋白、结蛋白或波蛋白作为标记物,进行免疫组织化学染色,是确诊本病的有效手段。 The clinical data of 30 patients with rhabdomyosarcoma of the eye were reviewed and their clinical diagnosis, treatment, pathology and immunohistochemistry were discussed.
