基于AMESim液压仿真软件,对伺服控制式的波浪发电模拟实验台进行仿真研究。结果表明:实验台主动油缸速度特性符合波浪运动规律,即在不同的波浪模拟信号下,通过PID控制可自动调节主油缸执行机构的动作响应,完成波浪的模拟运动。实验台可模拟波浪能转化成电能稳定输出的过程,为海上波浪发电装置液压系统的设计优化提供可靠保证。
Based on the AMESim hydraulic simulation software, the servo-controlled wave power generation simulation experiment bench is simulated. The results show that the speed characteristics of the active cylinder in the test bed are in accordance with the wave motion. That is, under different wave analog signals, the PID control can automatically adjust the response of the actuator of the main cylinder to complete the wave simulation. The test bench can simulate the process that the wave energy can be transformed into the stable output of the electric energy and provide a reliable guarantee for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of the offshore wave power plant.
