随着社会的不断进步,人们的安全意识越来越强烈,对一个企业而言,特别是煤炭企业中,安全生产已经成为企业生存发展重要的基础和主题,因此煤炭企业中各部门要加强沟通,做好本部门的工作。煤炭企业工会是全体煤炭职工之家,承担着煤炭企业职工生命健康、安全发展、健康科学发展的重要责任。本文通过对安全文化建设视角下煤炭企业工会工作研究,以《工会法》为基础,全面的阐述了《工会法》和安全文化建设的关系、内涵,工会工作在煤炭企业安全文化建设中的重要作用和参与文化建设的责任,结合煤炭企业的发展状况,提出了基于安全文化建设下工会工作的具体措施和建议,为推动煤炭企业安全文化建设作出贡献。
