In order to study EE sperm toxicity and bioeffect markers, LDH-C4 activity / sperm toxicity in male PS workers was investigated, and LDH-C4 activity in mouse epididymal homogenate was also measured. The results showed that the activity of LDH-C4 in male semen was inhibited when EE was above 77mg / m3. With the increase of exposure level, LDH-C4 activity decreased more significantly, showing a significant dose-response relationship. At the dose of 243mg / kg, the LDH-C4 activity in mice also decreased significantly. The same rule was also observed, suggesting that LDH-C4 activity could be used as an indicator of sperm toxicity.
