BES-2(2)微机实验系统可用于Ⅰ类抗心律失常药对心肌细胞动作电位0相上升速度(V_(max))产生频率依赖性抑制(RDB)作用的分析处理,该系统应用连接、模块化程序设计、程序优化等技术,对V_(max)进行采集和处理。V_(max)信号以微分波的形式采集,并通过校正信号进行测算。然后以直方图的形式依次显示,最后采用最小二乘法对产生频率依赖性抑制的开始动力学过程进行单指数曲线的拟合。BES-2(2)微机实验系统大大简化了Ⅰ类抗心律失常药的细分类工作,提高了工作效率,使得结果更准确、直观。
The BES-2 (2) computerized experimental system can be used for the analysis and treatment of Class I anti-arrhythmic drugs on the frequency-dependent inhibition (RDB) of cardiomyocyte action potential 0 phase rising velocity (Vmax) Modular programming, program optimization and other technologies, V_ (max) for collection and processing. V_ (max) signal is collected in the form of differential wave and measured by the correction signal. And then displayed in the form of a histogram. Finally, the least square method was used to fit the single exponential curve to the initial kinetic process that produced the frequency-dependent inhibition. BES-2 (2) Microcomputer experimental system greatly simplifies the fine classification of anti-arrhythmic drugs of type I, improves work efficiency and makes the result more accurate and intuitive.
