清华大学柳百新教授等研究的载能离子束与金属作用下合金相形成及分形生长现象,获得第六次(1993)国家自然科学奖二等奖。 载能离子束(能量为keV-MeV)作用于材料会引起材料的微观结构变化和性能改变。离子束作用具有非平衡的特点,而且实验参数可精确调节,因此适合于研究亚稳相的形成、相变过程中的分形现象、以及缺陷的运动等课题。本项目自1979年以来,以金属材料为主,对上述课题作了系统的研究,取得的主要成果有:
Tsinghua University, Professor Liu Baixin and other research carried by the carrier ion beam and the role of metal alloy formation and fractal growth phenomenon, won the sixth (1993) National Natural Science Award two prize. Loading ion beam (energy keV-MeV) acting on the material will cause changes in the microstructure and properties of the material. Ion beam has the characteristics of non-equilibrium, and the experimental parameters can be precisely adjusted, so it is suitable for studying the formation of metastable phase, the phase transition in the fractal phenomenon, as well as the movement of defects and other issues. Since 1979, the project mainly focuses on metal materials and systematically studies the above issues. The main achievements obtained are as follows:
