新加坡政策和法律制度高度透明化,社会治安与环境各方面优越,许多日资企业为了开拓海外市场、快速实现优势互补,纷纷来到新加坡投资,有些甚至将自己的亚太总部设在了新加坡。每个国家、每个民族都有各自独特的文化,企业的跨国经营本质上就是跨文化经营,所以如何实现有效的跨文化沟通便成了在新日资企业经营成败的关键。本文通过对比日本与新加坡跨文化沟通形式上的差异,分析在新日资企业内部跨文化沟通中存在的问题,发掘其跨文化沟通不畅的根源,试图寻求双方实现有效沟通的方法。
Singapore has a high degree of transparency in policy and legal system, superior social order and the environment, and many Japanese-funded enterprises have come to invest in Singapore in order to open up overseas markets and quickly complement each other’s strengths. Some even set their own Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore. Every country and every nation has its own unique culture. The multinational operation of enterprises is essentially intercultural management. Therefore, how to achieve effective cross-cultural communication has become the key to the success or failure of the operation of new Japanese-funded enterprises. By comparing the differences of cross-cultural communication between Japan and Singapore, this article analyzes the existing problems in cross-cultural communication within new Japanese-funded enterprises, explores the root causes of cross-cultural communication problems and tries to find ways for both sides to achieve effective communication.
