目的观察独一味颗粒对实验性肝纤维化大鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照、模型、秋水仙碱、独一味颗粒高、中、低剂量6组。以四氯化碳联合高脂饮食等复合因素建立肝纤维化模型,造模同时给予相应药物灌胃治疗,于6周末实验期满,观察各组大鼠肝脏病理改变,及肝功能指标ALT、AST、MAO及肝纤指标PCⅢ、HA的变化。结果独一味颗粒能减轻肝纤维化大鼠肝脏的病理改变,改善肝功能(P<0.05),降低肝纤维化程度(P<0.01)。结论独一味颗粒具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Douchi Granule on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups: control, model, colchicine and DZB. The model of hepatic fibrosis was established by compound factors such as carbon tetrachloride and high-fat diet. At the same time, the rats were given gavage with corresponding drugs. At the end of 6 weeks, the pathological changes of liver were observed and the hepatic function index ALT, AST, MAO and liver fibrosis index PC Ⅲ, HA changes. Results Duobutei Granule can reduce the pathological changes of liver fibrosis in rats, improve liver function (P <0.05), reduce the degree of liver fibrosis (P <0.01). Conclusion Duobutewei particles have good anti-hepatic fibrosis.
