随着现代科学技术的发展,对实验动物质量的要求越来越高,需要应用无菌、无特定病原体等悉生动物来做实验。这类动物对其环境微生物的控制要求十分严格,需要特殊的屏障设施,维持高度净化的条件,保证其不受外界微生物的污染。上海实验动物研究中心和佘山净化设备厂为了适应实验动物科学发展的需要,研制的SSJ-CJⅡ型超净生物层流架达到了这一目的,填补了国内科研产品的一项空白。进入架内的空气都经过中效、高效二级过滤,过滤效率达到99.99%,工作区(饲养区)的洁净度达到美国联邦标准209 B的100级。经近百家科研和卫生单位使用,均获得了满意的结果。最近,上海市科学技术委员会条件财务处邀请了空气净化、机械仪表、实验动物。动物实
With the development of modern science and technology, the requirements for the quality of experimental animals are getting higher and higher, and it is necessary to use sterile animals without specific pathogens to do experiments.
