我是深(田川)道班班长。一年多来,在党和上级的正确领导下,依靠当地政府和沿线群众的大力支持,全班同志坚持政治挂帅,活学活用毛主席著作,政治思想和阶级觉悟不断提高,也促进路况的不断提高。通过学“罗定”赶“福厦”运动后,经过全班同志的积极努力,到1964年底基本消灭11公里差等路。1965年6月底好路率达到82%,平均月公里成本19.96元,基本上做到“少化钱,少用人,多养路,养好路”。我深深体会到,一个道班要搞好生产,管好养好公路,同班长有很大关系。怎样当好班长呢?下面谈谈我自己的体会。
