肉毒毒素是肉毒杆菌在生长繁殖过程中产生的神经外毒素,根据毒素抗原性的不同,分A~G 7个亚型[1]。人类肉毒毒素中毒主要由A、B、E、F型毒素引起,动物的肉毒毒素中毒由C、D型引起,G型很少引起中毒。天然肉毒毒素纯品是白色晶体粉末,无味、易溶于水、稳定性差、不耐热。天然肉毒毒素和血凝素、非毒素非血凝素、核酸构成前体毒素——毒素复合物。
Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin produced by Botox in the process of growth and reproduction. According to the different antigenicity of the toxin, botulinum toxin is divided into seven subtypes A to G [1]. Botulinum toxin poisoning in humans is mainly caused by type A, B, E, F toxins. Botulinum toxin poisoning in animals is caused by type C and D, while type G is rarely caused by poisoning. Pure natural botulinum toxin is a white crystalline powder, tasteless, soluble in water, poor stability, heat-resistant. Natural botulinum toxin and hemagglutinin, non-toxin non-hemagglutinin, nucleic acids constitute precursor toxin-toxin complexes.
