我公司钻探配用的泥浆泵,过去一直是仿苏式200/40的拉杆泵,泵重850公斤,体积也大,很不适于在交通不便、搬迁频繁的地质勘探工作中使用.根据钻工同志们多年来的革新愿望和建议,公司党委,大力组织“三结合”和社会主义大协作,开展了螺杆泵的试验研究工作.在张家口探矿机械厂的协助下,1972年即将该厂所制这种体积小、重量轻、结构简单的螺杆泵投入钻探生产试验.采用此泵钻进475米,运转606小时,证明许多性能都能满足钻探生产的需要,但也存在很大的问题——磨损十分严重.
