“判案不出错,审案不超时,法官不出事,高院做表率。”——这是2013年吉林省高级人民法院院长王常松讲得最多的一句话,也是吉林全省法院实现“让人民群众在每一起案件中都感受到公平正义”工作目标的具体要求,成为吉林法院工作的主旋律。2013年,吉林全省法院共受理各类案件296166件,审执结256221件,一审案件服判息诉率达到92.65%,法定审限内结案率达到99.7%。吉林高院受理各类案件5056件,审执结4517件,同比分别增长了4.31%和10.77%。
