非战论(上):战争抛物线与战争肌无力症

二战之后战争发生的频率和烈度不断下降,在信息社会里战争向着和平征服的方向发展。非物质化的发展和全球化的发展正在使大国间爆发战争越来越难。人类社会正处在空前的文明大转型之中,文明结构越来越复杂,复杂的文明必须有和谐的关系才有可能维持和发展,随着文明大转型的进展,人类社会将走向和平。但是目前战争威胁依然存在,气候变暖可能从根本上毁灭人类,大规模战争将加速环境破坏,从而加速人类自毁过程。历史上关于战争的重要论述所体现的主要是物质主义和机械论的观念,在文明大转型时期需要超越这种观念,缔造信息社会里的和平主义观念。遏制战争的爆发最根本在于推进经济和非物质化进程的不断发展,民主制度建设以及更广泛的文明的生态关系的建设。 After World War II, the frequency and intensity of the war have been declining. In the information society, the war has progressed in the direction of peaceful conquest. The de-materialization and the development of globalization are making the war between big powers harder and harder. Human society is in the midst of an unprecedented transformation of civilization. The structure of civilization is becoming increasingly complicated. Complex civilizations must be harmoniously maintained and developed. As the great transformation of civilization progresses, human society will move towards peace. However, at present the threat of war still exists. Warming may fundamentally destroy human beings. Large-scale wars will speed up environmental damage and thus accelerate the process of human self-destruction. The historical important account of the war embodies mainly the concepts of materialism and mechanism. During the great transformation of civilization, we need to go beyond this concept and create the pacifist concept in the information society. The root cause of the containment war is to promote the continuous development of the economic and non-materialization process, the building of a democratic system, and the construction of a more civilized ecological relationship.
