文章介绍了四川省涪陵地区国有企业由改革形式上的单一性转向多样性，改革方式上的统一性转向灵活性，改革行为上的封闭性转向开放性的具体做法及其所取得的主要成效，认为搞活国有大中型企业的关键是：坚定不移地坚持＂三个有利于＂的判别标准，因地、因企制宜地推进企业改革。
The article describes the changes in the singleness of the reform of state-owned enterprises in the Fuling region of Sichuan Province, the unity of the reform approach to flexibility, the specific approach to closedness in the reform and the main results achieved. The key to revitalizing state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises is to firmly adhere to the criterion of “three advantages” and promote enterprise reforms based on local conditions and enterprises.
