当前初中教育中,学生数学成绩两极化较为突出。初中数学新课程标准要求,教学要面向全体学生,要以提高全体学生的学习成绩,促进全体学生的发展为目标。这就给教师的教学提出了新挑战。从根本上来分析,分层教学其实是一种既面向全体,又因材施教的教学模式。如果能够在初中数学教学中融入分层教学,不仅能推动初中数学教学质量的发展,更能够每一个学生的综合数学能力获得提高。本文就此探讨了分层教学法在初中数学中的应用。
In the current junior middle school education, the polarization of students’ math performance is more prominent. Junior high school mathematics new curriculum standards, teaching should be for all students, to improve the academic performance of all students, and promote the development of all students as the goal. This poses new challenges to the teaching of teachers. From a fundamental analysis, hierarchical teaching is actually a teaching mode that is oriented towards all and teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes. If we can integrate into the junior middle school teaching mathematics teaching, not only can promote the development of mathematics teaching in junior middle school, but also to improve the comprehensive mathematics ability of every student. This article explores the application of the layered teaching method in junior middle school mathematics.
