随着我国素质教育的提出,学校和家长越来越重视幼儿教育,幼儿教育是孩子成长的关键时期。但是归根结底,幼儿教育的发展还是要关注幼儿教师的专业发展。优秀的幼儿教师能够促进幼儿的健康成长,水平低的教师则会阻碍幼儿的成长。所以,教师在幼儿的成长中起着重要的作用,园内应该采取积极的策略提升幼儿教师的水平。以教育叙事研究为切入点就能够促进幼儿教师的专业发展。本文介绍了幼儿教师专业发展的现状及其影响因素,阐释了以叙事研究为切入点促进幼儿教师专业发展的意义,也研究分析了以教育叙事为切入点促进幼儿教师专业发展的策略。
With the quality education put forward in our country, schools and parents pay more and more attention to early childhood education. Early childhood education is a crucial period for children’s growth. But in the final analysis, the development of preschool education should pay attention to the professional development of preschool teachers. Excellent kindergarten teachers can promote the healthy growth of young children, while low level teachers can hinder the growth of young children. Therefore, teachers play an important role in the growth of young children and the park should adopt an active strategy to promote the level of kindergarten teachers. Starting from the study of educational narrative, we can promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This paper introduces the current situation and influential factors of kindergarten teachers’ professional development, expounds the significance of using narrative research as a starting point to promote kindergarten teachers’ professional development, and also analyzes and analyzes the strategy of promoting kindergarten teachers’ professional development from the perspective of educational narration.
