目的:探讨长期补充槲皮素对自行车运动员红细胞抗氧化及细胞膜功能的影响。方法:22名自行车运动员随机分成两组,采用二阶段交叉试验设计,用槲皮素配方运动饮料(1000 mg/D)和安慰对照饮料进行干预,每阶段干预4周,中间洗脱期4周;两干预阶段前后进行体能测试,测试内容包括2小时70%VO2max负荷蹬车和20 km计时骑车测试,每次体能测试前后采肘静脉血3 ml,测试脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量及红细胞相关酶活性。结果:干预后,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性运动后槲皮素饮料干预(Q)显著高于安慰对照饮料干预(P)(P<0.01);干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后增加值显著高于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。Q干预阶段运动后MDA生成明显小于P干预阶段(P<0.01),干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后MDA减少量明显大于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。Q干预阶段运动后Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显大于P干预阶段,干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后增加值显著高于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。结论:长期槲皮素干预后,自行车运动员大强度运动后脂质过氧水平降低,抗氧化酶活性增加,红细胞膜功能得到改善。
Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term quercetin supplementation on the red cell antioxidant activity and cell membrane function of cyclists. METHODS: Totally 22 cyclists were divided into two groups at random. The experiment was conducted in a two-stage crossover design. Quercetin-based sports drink (1000 mg / D) and placebo control beverage were used for intervention. ; Two physical examination before and after the intervention stage, the test includes 70% VO2max load pedaling 2 hours and 20 km timing cycling test, 3 ml elbow venous blood before and after each physical test, test the content of lipid peroxide (MDA) And erythrocyte related enzyme activity. Results: After intervention, quercetin intervention (Q) of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity was significantly higher than that of comfort control drink (P) P <0.01). Before and after intervention, the added value of Q intervention after exercise was significantly higher than that of P intervention (P <0.01). The MDA level in Q intervention group was significantly less than that in P intervention group (P <0.01). Before and after Q intervention, the decrease of MDA in Q intervention group was significantly greater than that in P intervention group (P <0.01). The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in Q intervention group was significantly greater than that in P intervention group. The added value of Q intervention group was significantly higher than that of P intervention group before and after intervention (P <0.01). Conclusion: After prolonged quercetin intervention, the level of lipid peroxidation decreased, the activity of antioxidant enzymes increased and the function of erythrocyte membrane improved after cycling exercise.
