目的探讨中药不良反应事件发生的根本原因。方法通过中药产、供、购、销、使用各各环节的表现形式,总结中药应用的现状。中药应用的现状是杂、滥、乱。杂,表现在什么资质的人都应用中药,什么行业都在使用中药;滥,随意、大量、长期使用及不合理联合使用中药的现象普遍的发生;乱,表现在产、购、供、销、使用多个环节管理上不规范、不到位,不能很好的保证药品质量。结果中药不良反应事件很多,而在正确用法用量下出现的与用药目的无关或意外的有害的反应并不多。结论中药不良反应关系到中药的产、购、供、销、使用多个环节。预防中药不良反应事件的发生,不仅仅是技术层面的问题,还有政策、管理等层面的问题。
Objective To investigate the underlying causes of adverse drug reactions in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The status quo of traditional Chinese medicine application was summarized through the forms of production, supply, purchase, sales, and use of various aspects of Chinese medicine. The current state of application of traditional Chinese medicine is miscellaneous, indiscriminate and chaotic. Miscellaneous, what qualifications are used by people who use Chinese medicine, and what industries are using Chinese medicines; the phenomenon of excessive, random, large-scale, long-term use and unreasonable use of Chinese medicine is common; chaos, manifested in production, purchase, supply, and sales The use of multiple links in management is not standardized and is not in place. It cannot guarantee the quality of medicines. As a result, there were many adverse events in Chinese medicine, and there were not many harmful reactions unrelated to the purpose of the drug or the accidental adverse reactions that occurred under the correct usage and dosage. Conclusion The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine are related to the production, purchase, supply, sales, and use of multiple links in traditional Chinese medicine. Preventing the occurrence of adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicines is not only a technical issue, but also issues such as policy and management.
