由于嫁接不亲和性往往在正常生育若干年后才开始表现,因此,要探索嫁接亲和的新组合就需要经费及长期的试验。如能早期鉴定嫁接不亲和性,就不需要大的圃场进行试验,而且有希望的砧穗组合也可及早用于生产。为此目的,用柠檬和枳为试材,试图通过观察与发现不亲和性相关的嫁接部位障害来早期鉴定不亲和性。
Since grafting incompatibilities often begin to manifest themselves after several years of normal fertility, exploring new combinations of grafting affinities requires funding and long-term experimentation. If early identification of graft incompatibility, there is no need for large field trials, and promising combinations of scion can be used as early as possible. For this purpose, lemon and Trifoliate oranges were used as experimental materials to try to identify the incompatibility early by observing the graft defect associated with the discovery of the non-affinity.
