目的探讨生长抑素受体(SSTR)的5种亚型(SSTR1~SSTR5)在结直肠癌组织中的表达与血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化染色法(SP法)检测127例结直肠癌组织中SSTR1~SSTR5、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD34的表达并计算微血管密度(MVD),分析SSTR各亚型的表达与VEGF表达及MVD的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3、SSTR4及SSTR5表达阳性率分别为64.6%(82/127)、36.2%(46/127)、18.9%(24/127)、18.9%(24/127)及38.6%(49/127),VEGF表达阳性率为63.8%(81/127),MVD为(34.67±16.62)个/HP。SSTR2呈阳性表达的结直肠癌组织中VEGF的表达阳性率(47.8%,22/46)及MVD〔(29.00±15.32)个/HP〕明显低于呈阴性表达者〔72.8%,59/81;(37.90±16.56)个/HP〕,P<0.05;而其他4种亚型的表达与VEGF的表达及MVD无关(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中SSTR2的阳性表达与血管生成有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of somatostatin receptor (SSTR) 5 subtypes (SSTR1 ~ SSTR5) and angiogenesis in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of SSTR1-SSTR5, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD34 in 127 colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP method) and the microvessel density (MVD) was calculated. Expression and MVD. Results The positive rates of SSTR1, SSTR2, SSTR3, SSTR4 and SSTR5 in colorectal cancer tissues were 64.6% (82/127), 36.2% (46/127), 18.9% (24/127) and 18.9% ) And 38.6% (49/127) respectively. The positive rate of VEGF expression was 63.8% (81/127) and MVD was (34.67 ± 16.62) / HP. The positive expression rate of VEGF (47.8%, 22/46) and MVD (29.00 ± 15.32) / HP in SSTR2 positive colorectal cancer tissues were significantly lower than that of negative ones (72.8%, 59/81; (37.90 ± 16.56) / HPP, P <0.05; while the other four subtypes had no correlation with VEGF expression and MVD (P> 0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of SSTR2 in colorectal cancer is related to angiogenesis.
