随着建筑工程对外承包企业“走出去”战略的实施,国内越来越多的员工被外派到境外项目或机构工作,面对国内不同的环境和技术标准,一方面对外承包企业要甄选各类人员来完成境外任务,另一方面员工个人也要面临与家人团聚困难、归国后适应和晋升等难题,笔者试图从分析外派人员特点出发,分析外派人员面临的风险,提出加强员工出国前后的培训以及关注员工家庭等改进措施。
