为开发一套基于轮对加速度测量的高速车轮擦伤自动甄别监测系统,建立了旨在研究车轮踏面擦伤激励下轴箱加速度信号的单轮对高速滚动试验台。文章采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了模拟上述试验台的三维高速滚动接触有限元模型,通过对比模拟与试验的轴箱加速度信号,完成了对有限元模型的验证,为进一步研究试验台无法实现的极端工况和建立动态接触力与轴箱加速度信号之间的关系提供了模拟手段。
In order to develop a set of high speed wheel abrasion automatic screening and monitoring system based on wheelset acceleration measurement, a single wheel to high speed rolling test bed was designed to study the acceleration signals of the axleboxes under the wheel tread abrasion excitation. In this paper, ANSYS / LS-DYNA is used to establish a three-dimensional high-speed rolling contact finite element model which simulates the above-mentioned test rig. The axial acceleration signals of the test and simulation are compared with each other to verify the finite element model. Simulation of extreme conditions and the establishment of dynamic contact force and the relationship between the axis of the acceleration signal provides a simulation tool.
