为了充分发挥内燃、电力机车的优越性,适应运输发展的需要,改革机车修理体制,按机型实行“专业化、集中修”已是必然趋势。目前,全铁路绝大部分内燃、电力机务段已推行了“专业化、集中修”,并且有的机务段已收到了明显的效果,积累了不少经验。为了推动“专业化、集中修”全面迅速展开,使其不断深入发展,本刊编辑部决定全文发表铁道部机务局的“关于开展‘专业化、集中修’工作的调查报告”。
In order to give full play to the advantages of internal combustion and electric locomotives to meet the needs of transportation development, it is an inevitable trend to reform the locomotive repair system and implement “specialization and centralized repair” according to models. At present, most of the internal combustion railway and electric locomotive depot in the entire railway have already implemented “specialization and intensive repair”, and some depots have received obvious effects and accumulated a lot of experience. In order to promote “specialization and intensive repair”, the department’s editorial department has decided to publish the “Investigation Report on Carrying out Specialized and Concentrated Repair Work” of the Railway Bureau’s Bureau of Machinery and Equipment in its entirety and speedily.
