我们应用辅酶Q_(10)治疗30例心绞痛患者,取得一定的疗效,现报道如下。对象与方法30例心绞痛病人,男20例、女10例,平均年龄55(40～75)岁。其中25例心电图的ST—T呈缺血性改变,每个病人每天发生心绞痛均在12次以上,由于心绞痛频繁病人必须卧床休息。患者入院后,均先给予消心痛、心痛定各10mg,Tid,效果不明显者,再分别加大此两药的剂量,但消心痛单剂量不超过25mg,心痛定单剂量不超过20mg,心绞痛仍不缓解者,另用硝酸甘油滴注,1周
