[目的]了解部队新兵基础免疫状况,为疾病预防及疫苗接种提供依据。[方法]对2006年入伍新兵抽取静脉血,提取血清,用酶联免疫方法进行甲肝、乙肝、白喉、破伤风、霍乱、风疹、麻疹血清IgG抗体检测。[结果]在检测的新兵中,血清抗体阳性率较高的为甲肝、风疹、白喉,分别为74.14%、62.80%、59.75%,霍乱抗体阳性率为10.86%。[结论]新兵中基础免疫水平较低,应有针对性的开展疫苗的接种。
[Objective] To understand the basic immunological status of recruits in the army and provide basis for disease prevention and vaccination. [Method] The venous blood was extracted from recruits recruited in 2006 and the serum was extracted. Serum IgG antibodies against hepatitis A, hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, cholera, rubella and measles were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. [Results] Among the new recruits tested, the positive rate of serum antibody was hepatitis A, rubella and diphtheria with 74.14%, 62.80% and 59.75% respectively, and the positive rate of cholera antibody was 10.86%. [Conclusion] The basic immunity of recruits is low, and vaccination should be carried out in a targeted manner.
