一九九九年,是一个即将跨入新世纪门槛的伟大年份。欣逢共和国五十华诞、澳门回归祖国,全国工农商学兵外(涉外)等各条战线热火朝天,欣欣向荣,都取得了空前巨大的胜利。诚可谓“多喜临门,誉满神州,山欢水笑,民富国强”。做为宣传媒体的《中国高校后勤研究》杂志,和全国一样,深感欣慰。为祝福国庆大典,松柏常青,更加壮观、更加美好。本刊特编纂律诗一组和共和国往事节录,现刊登于卷首。让我们以汗和墨,用改革锐志精神,书写大时代春秋;以地作卷,用正确舆论引导,迎接新世纪挑战。用诗文代花束,向伟大的母亲——中华人民共和国致以崇高的敬礼,和虔诚的祝福。
