目的:研究消定膏在二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症动物模型上的抗炎作用及其对皮肤的致敏性。方法:采用耳廓两面均匀涂抹二甲苯50μL的方法诱导小鼠动物模型。动物分为模型对照组,消定膏高、中、低剂量组及阳性对照药青鹏膏组,计算对小鼠单侧耳的肿胀抑制率;通过与高致敏物2、4-二硝基氯苯比较研究其致敏性。结果:与模型组比较,消定膏高、中剂量组均可明显改善炎性小鼠耳廓肿胀度,其中中剂量组抑制作用最为显著,抑制率达23.1%;且对皮肤无过敏反应。结论:消定膏对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症具有改善作用,可减轻炎性耳廓的肿胀度,且对皮肤无致敏反应。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory effect and the sensitization to the skin of Xiaoding cream on xylene-induced mouse auricle acute inflammation. Methods: The animal model was induced by uniformly applying xylene 50μL on both sides of the auricle. The animals were divided into model control group, high, medium and low dosage group and Qingpeng cream group, the inhibition rate of swelling on unilateral ears of mice was calculated. By comparing with high sensitizer 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene Comparative study of its sensitization. Results: Compared with the model group, the high and middle dosage groups could obviously improve the auricle swelling degree of inflammatory mice. The middle-dose group had the most obvious inhibitory effect with the inhibition rate of 23.1%; and no allergic reaction to the skin. Conclusion: Xiading cream can improve the acute inflammation of auricle of mice caused by xylene, relieve the swelling degree of inflammatory auricles and have no sensitization to the skin.
