材料和方法:研究对象为145例接受维持量毛地黄制剂的各种心脏病患者。男75例,女70例。年龄16~93岁(平均57.3岁)。61例患缺血性心脏病及高血压性心脏病,84例患先天性心脏病及瓣膜性心脏病。59例给予洋地黄毒甙(每日0.05~0.075~0.15毫克),86例给予狄戈辛(每日0.125~0.1875~0.375毫克)。除毛地黄浓度外,还同时测定血清白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、电解质(钠、钾.钙.镁)、SGOT、SGPT。并作了心电图和胸部X片检查。为了检查血清毛地黄浓度的时间过程,对用维持量毛地黄进行治疗的7例患者,在服药前和服药后1、2,4、6、8、12和24小时抽取血标本。另外在20例患者中,于不同日期多次测量药物血清浓度以观察
MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 145 patients with various heart diseases receiving maintenance dose of rhG alone were enrolled. 75 males and 70 females.
