针对某含银铅锌多金属硫化矿进行了优先浮铅、浮铅尾矿浮锌的铅锌分离工艺条件试验研究,实现了铅锌分离及银在铅精矿中的综合回收。对于铅品位2.44%、锌品位3.05%、银品位76.2 g/t的原矿,采用一粗两精两扫浮铅及一粗两精两扫浮锌的流程,最终获得了铅品位56.60%、铅回收率87.10%、含银1 460.69 g/t的铅精矿,及锌品位44.25%、锌回收率91.79%的锌精矿。研究结果为该矿产资源的合理开发利用提供了试验依据。
Aiming at the lead-zinc separation technology of lead-zinc-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore with lead-lead and float-lead tailings, the separation of lead and zinc and the comprehensive recovery of silver in lead concentrate were realized. For a grade of 2.44% lead, 3.05% zinc and a silver grade of 76.2 g / t, a crude two-precision two-sweep float and a two-sweep two-sweep float zinc process were used to obtain a lead grade of 56.60%, lead The recovery rate was 87.10%, the lead concentrate containing 1,460.69 g / t silver, and the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 44.25% and zinc recovery rate of 91.79%.
