《化学课程标准》对化学课程在九年义务教育阶段的要求:要让学生学习初步的化学知识和技能,并经历基本的科学探究过程,受到科学态度和科学精神的熏陶。它是以提高全体学生的科学素养,促进学生的全面发展为主要目标的自然科学、基础学科;它是培养学生科学探究能力和实事求是科学态度和勇于创新精神的源动力。一、目前化学实验教学存在的主要问题①领导及有关部门对实验教学重视不够;②教育经费分配不合理,导致实验经费不足;③中学化学教师的实验积极性不高;④画实验、讲实验、背实验多,学生动手实验机会少;
