作为不同通信网络实体的有效连接者,媒体网关能够实现不同网络间的顺畅翻译。在软交换体系结构中,往往需要借助媒体网关来实现软交换设备在异构网络间高效建立通信连接。因此,展开有关媒体网关的设计与实现研究,对于加快通信网络发展,提升通信网络安全性与可靠性具有重要意义。本文在简单概叙媒体网关的基础上,以某大容量综合媒体网关的硬件设计与实现为实际案例,展开简要媒体网关的设计与实现探究,以供同仁参考。
As the effective connection between different communication network entities, the media gateway can achieve smooth translation between different networks. In softswitch architecture, often need to use the media gateway to achieve softswitch equipment in the heterogeneous network to establish efficient communication connection. Therefore, research on the design and implementation of media gateways is of great significance for accelerating the development of communication networks and improving the security and reliability of communication networks. Based on the brief introduction of the media gateway and the hardware design and implementation of a large-capacity media gateway, this paper starts with the design and implementation of a brief media gateway for reference.
