于教师而言,我甚至认为,师生观就是人生观,也是世界观,由教师的师生观可见其世界观。所以,这门学问是大学问。我的体会是,教师从平等、理解、尊重、信任学生的角度建构师生关系,就能使师生关系在唯美的追求中变得轻松起来。师生关系紧张在各级各类学校或多或少存在,难以完全避免。这一方面是社会矛盾在校园里的自然投射,另一方面是教育观、教育方法和教育治理水平落后于时代发展的必然现象。
For teachers, I even think that the view of teachers and students is the concept of life, but also the concept of the world, by teachers and students view of the world outlook. My understanding is that if teachers construct a teacher-student relationship from the perspectives of equality, understanding, respect and trust of students, teachers and students can become relaxed in aesthetic pursuit. Tense relationship between teachers and students at all levels more or less all kinds of schools, it is difficult to completely avoid. On the one hand, this is the natural projection of social contradictions on the campus. On the other hand, the concept of education, the methods of education and the level of education and governance lag behind the inevitable phenomenon of the development of the times.
