目的探讨16层螺旋CT平台下,冠状动脉成像的可行性,探索成像方法,总结质量控制因素,并初步探讨其在冠脉病变中的应用价值及限度。方法以冠状动脉造影(CAG)为标准,回顾性比较分析57例受检者冠脉影像资料。结果 57例受检者,检查成功率92.98%。16-SCT冠脉成像对冠状动脉狭窄评价的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95.72%、91.01%、90.27%、92.32%。结论 16-SCT适合作为冠状动脉疾病的筛查手段,其简便易行,具有较高的敏感性、特异性。空积算法(VR)是一种理想的重建方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of coronary angiography under 16-slice spiral CT and to explore imaging methods to summarize the quality control factors and to explore the value and limitations of coronary angiography. Methods Coronary angiography (CAG) was used as a standard to comparatively analyze the coronary angiography data of 57 subjects. Results 57 subjects, check the success rate of 92.98%. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 16-SCT coronary angiography were 95.72%, 91.01%, 90.27% and 92.32% respectively. Conclusion 16-SCT is suitable as a screening tool for coronary artery disease. It is simple and easy to perform and has high sensitivity and specificity. Empty product algorithm (VR) is an ideal method of reconstruction.
