随着我国服务外包产业国内外市场需求的不断扩大和产业规模的高速增长,当前我国服务外包人才在数量和质量上均出现了与产业需求不匹配的现象。从个人—组织匹配关系模型的角度出发,剖析导致服务外包“人才荒”现象出现的根本原因,探寻解决这一问题的现实路径,对破解我国服务外包产业人才瓶颈,加快人才国际化培养步伐具有重要的战略意义。
With the continuous expansion of the domestic and international market of service outsourcing industry and the rapid growth of the industry scale, the quantity and quality of service outsourcing talents in our country have not matched the demand of the industry. From the perspective of individual-organization matchmaking model, this paper analyzes the root causes of the phenomenon of service outsourcing and shortage of talent, and explores the practical path to solve this problem. It explores the bottleneck of talent outsourcing in China's service outsourcing industry and accelerates the internationalization of talents The pace has important strategic significance.
