中国入世后,外资企业将强力介入服务业,且价廉质优,国内服务业特别是汽车服务业的创新迫在眉睫,否则,只有被兼并,或转行等,为此,本刊从本期开始开设”佳宾主持”栏目,介绍服务业创新经验。这里,我们邀请河南大众大汽车配件有限公司总经理卢饮旺和申豫维修站站长牛安祺结合实际,谈谈他们是如何做好诚信和创新的。他们的经验对我们整个服务业不无借鉴意义。
