采用运动精度可靠度的计算方法和连续接触模型的有效杆长理论,建立了液压支架顶梁运动轨迹的数学模型,研究了引入杆长误差和间隙误差时对运动精度的影响,以某型液压支架为例对运动精度可靠性进行了计算,用蒙特卡洛模拟法进行了验证,绘制了间隙误差与可靠度的T-R曲线图。
The mathematical model of the motion trajectory of the hydraulic support beam is established by the calculation method of the accuracy of motion accuracy and the effective rod length theory of the continuous contact model. The influence of the length error and the clearance error on the motion accuracy is studied. The bracket is taken as an example to calculate the accuracy of motion accuracy. The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to verify the TR curve of clearance error and reliability.
