目的:研究比较不同种质黄芩蛋白质的差异。方法:采用蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法。结果:沙滩黄芩的蛋白质主要分布在相对分子量10.0-70.0kDa之间,且分布较均匀,一级条带主要集中在20.0-30.0kDa;不同产地黄芩的蛋白质条带在相对分子量66.0、70.0、112.0kDa处染色较深,蛋白质含量较高,与沙滩黄芩有显著差异。花粉红色及玫红色的黄芩,电泳条带数目较少,染色较浅,但其一级条带和紫花黄芩的条带基本相同。结论:黄芩与沙滩黄芩的蛋白质电泳差别大于不同种质黄芩之间的差异。证实蛋白质电泳结果较相近的黄芩具有较近的亲缘关系。
OBJECTIVE: To study the differences of protein between different species of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: Protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used. Results: The protein of Scutellaria baicalensis mainly distributed in the relative molecular weight of 10.0-70.0 kDa, and the distribution was more uniform. The primary bands were mainly concentrated in 20.0-30.0 kDa. The protein bands of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in different areas were expressed in relative molecular weight of 66.0,70.0,112.0 kDa at deeper staining, higher protein content, and Scutellaria have significant differences. Scutellariae pink and rose red, the number of electrophoresis bands less staining lighter, but the first band and Scutellaria band stripe is basically the same. Conclusion: The difference of protein electrophoresis between Scutellaria baicalensis and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is more than that of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Confirmed that the results of protein electrophoresis of the more similar skullcap has a closer relationship.
