脑炎型脑囊虫病的脑脊液(CSF)改变与结核性脑膜炎相似,临床极易误诊。我科于2001年11月收治了1例,现将该例患者的诊治情况报告如下。患者男,19岁,傣族,间断发热伴双下肢活动障碍4个月,加重8天,2001年11月1日入住我院骨科。入院时,T38.8℃、R22次/min、P92次/min,神智清楚,心、肺、腹部未见异常,双下肢肌力“0”
