原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤少见，我们曾收治4例，报告如下。1临床资料1．至一般资料本组4例均为男性，年龄23～32岁，无隐睾史。主要症状为胸痛、咳嗽，l例有发热、气短。查体阴性，睾丸均正常。X线胸片示前纵隔内均实性类圆形块影，直径4．ocm～18．ocm，边缘清晰，光滑，无钙化。 Primary mediastinal seminoma is rare and we have treated 4 cases. The chest X-ray film shows that the anterior mediastinum has a solid circular shape with a diameter of 4. Ocm～18. Ocm, sharp edges, smooth, no calcification.
